Made-to-order (MTO) garments are produced specifically in response to your order. When placing an order, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe so you know when to expect your garment. MTO garments may be returned for an exchange or refund, provided they are returned unused and undamaged and are not a custom design or personalized garment. Custom garments, including customized retail garments and garments purchased through Private Shops, Club 24/7 and Design Your Own, may not be returned. For all eligible returns, goods must be received by us in their original condition so that they can be re-sold. If an item has been damaged by you or through use, we will not be able to accept the return.
