MTO garments may be returned for an exchange or refund, provided they are returned unused and undamaged and are not a custom design or personalized garment. Custom garments, including customized retail garments and garments purchased through Private Shops, Club 24/7 and Design Your Own, may not be returned. For all eligible returns, goods must be received by us in their original condition so that they can be re-sold.
